How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking as soon as you’ve secured your event date. For snack cart and bubble house rentals, we recommend reaching out 4–8 weeks in advance, while full-service wedding planning is best booked 6–12 months ahead. Popular dates can fill quickly, especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons, so reaching out early gives us the best chance of creating the experience you have in mind.

We’re based in Tampa, Florida, and proudly serve the greater Tampa Bay area, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, and surrounding communities. We’re also happy to travel for events outside our usual service area. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, so reach out and let us know where you’re celebrating.

Not at all! We bring everything needed for your snack cart or bubble house setup. Our team handles delivery, setup, styling, stocking, and breakdown, with staffing included where applicable. You simply choose your date, tell us your vision, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Yes! Our snack cart and bubble house rentals include delivery, setup, and breakdown, so you don’t have to worry about the logistics. We’ll arrive ready to create your setup, take care of everything throughout the service, and clean up our own equipment when we’re finished. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.
